Whitney hails from the West Coast and spent her early adult years in Alaska. She moved to Minnesota in 1993 where she left harsh winters for slightly less harsh winters.
Whitney's passion is helping clients navigate the occasionally rocky landscape of real estate. Her passion has been recognized by her peers: She was awarded the Cultural Icon Award from Keller-Williams Integrity Lakes in 2014. She was also awarded the “Heart of the Community'' award by the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS in both 2015 and 2017 in recognition of her work with the local non-profit Ready for Success. However, Whitney is most proud of the close relationships she has built over the years, with ninety-five percent of her business comprised of repeat customers and referrals.
Whitney has been involved in real estate for over 30 years. She has extensive experience with buyers, sellers, new constructions, real estate-owned properties, and relocations. Whitney joined Katey Bean & Company to be able to continue serving her clients at the highest possible level while working within a community of client-focused and highly driven real estate professionals. Whitney is enthusiastic about service to others and is heavily involved in her church community. She has been married to her husband Dan for 28 years. She and Dan have hosted several exchange students from around the world and are proud to have “daughters” and “grandkids” in Bulgaria, France, Armenia, and Japan. She adores West Highland White Terriers and She herself owns a sweet Westie named Tavish and currently lives in New London, Wisconsin.
