Henry grew up in South Minneapolis, Minnesota in a family of real estate agents and luxury home experts. He brings a background in economics and a zest for providing quality service to buyers and sellers alike. This combination of interest in investments, market trends, and excellent customer service has helped Henry flourish and broadened the scope of services we offer at Katey Bean & Company.
Henry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota. In his first years of college, he worked in many different hospitality roles from restaurants to retail. Henry has combined his experience in mathematics and analytics with his passion for building personal connections. He brings an incomparable, advanced knowledge of the data involved in real estate to every transaction. He constantly aims to translate that data into crafting a superior home-buying and home-selling experience for each of his clients. He works with great care and intelligence on educating his first-time homebuyer and relocation clients on the nuances of the Twin Cities real estate market. In his first full year in Real Estate Henry closed 4.4 million in transactions. In his second year he closed 9.6 million in volume while helping thirty families.
When not supporting his clients at a high level or building connections with other professionals at networking events Henry can be found golfing at local courses around town, boating on Lake Minnetonka, and collecting unique pairs of socks. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Minnesota Sports fan. Henry currently resides in West St. Paul, where he lives with his wife Kailee and their cat Donnie.
